Dennis is a handyman who performs maintenance for a local apartment complex in Jackson, MS. He is friendly and eagerly accepts work. Dennis is quite skilled with HVAC repairs. He’s worked on HVAC units for me over the years, but he doesn’t work very fast. He takes long breaks that at times last for days. He appears to overly commit himself to multiple repairs for multiple customers at the same time. His work is bit the neatest, but he has a tendency of getting it done. He has also replaced an old water heater with a tankless water heater, relocated plumbing and electrical for me. I am please with the plumbing/electrical work, however, if he charged by the hour, I’d be broke. Dennis is not a carpenter, so you may want to avoid procuring him for carpentry work.
